The official club description links surfing with athleticism, cooperation and respect for nature. It lists Surf Club in Upper School; the school's wider PreK-12 range is not surf eligibility. Joining & eligibility.
The official school says clubs vary each year with student interest and students can approach Division Heads and a faculty sponsor to start a club. Its Surf Club description does not provide an open tryout or medical packet. Ask Upper School/student life for the current operator, eligibility, selection, clearance, consent, ocean skills, equipment, transport and fees. No enrollment, payment or student data is accepted here.
Community & support.
The official club description includes beach-cleanup service as an aim. A May 5, 2025 school report says the Upper School Surf Club raised $2,014 for Surfers Healing during Autism Awareness Month. This is dated completed support, not a current donation request, event signup or guaranteed volunteer place.
The beach & safety.
A campus or past contest beach is not a current meetup. Confirm approved location, transport, consent, swim and surf skills, supervision, weather and ocean conditions with the authorized adult operator. No unsupervised session, booking or standing invitation is offered here.
Contests & results.
The 2025 NSSA Northeast source is a division result page carrying school affiliation. Individual student results are deliberately omitted, and it is not converted into a current team standing or full-sized squad count.
Coaches & school ties.
No current Surf Club faculty sponsor or ocean coach was named in the reviewed club page. The school sports contact page identifies Mike Grosso as assistant head/athletic director, not surf coach. The crest/wordmark is official institutional branding. Student identities and personal contacts are omitted.
