The surf program.

The official athletics information lists Surfing (Co-Ed). A Trenton Monitor article displayed with a July 2019 date describes an earlier club paused after Superstorm Sandy and a later new competitive team. Its school-year wording and displayed publication history do not settle an exact founding season, so no precise founding date is asserted. The campus is 607 Seventh Avenue, Belmar.

Joining & eligibility.

The live official Inside Athletics page now names the 2026-27 fall Genesis registration form, unlike the stale fetched text naming 2025-26. It directs families to enter the physical date and submit the Medical Eligibility Form to the health office, followed by school review. The historical surf report describes swim and board-skill checks, not a current open tryout. Current surf grades, eligibility, selection, clearance, water skills, fees, equipment, parent consent and transport need confirmation from the school or authorized operator. No enrollment, payment or student data is accepted here.

Community & support.

The historical report describes supervised ocean practice, improving surf skills, safety and team prayer. It names a Spring Lake home beach and Avon summer sessions, not current permission or a meetup.

The beach & safety.

The campus is not a surf meetup. Current practice beach, access permission, transport, parent consent, water skills, ocean supervision and weather decisions must be confirmed by the authorized adult operator. A dated beach reference is not a standing invitation or current safety plan. No unsupervised session is offered here.

The 2025 NSSA Northeast event entry list carries this school affiliation. Entry rows are not current results or standings.

Coaches & school ties.

The historical Trenton Monitor report names Adam Iatesta as coach and Vanessa Feibel as assistant. Those dated roles are not verified 2026-27 appointments. The current official Inside Athletics page points families to the athletics department but did not identify the current surf coach in the reviewed visible text.
