The surf program.
February 15, 2023 San Diego Union-Tribune reporting describes a revived shared club with students from Rancho Bernardo and Poway, competing in SSS. It is historical evidence of a combined program, not proof of current school sanction, roster or activity. The seed uses R Bernardo/Poway; the current ratings grid is blank and the reviewed 2026-27 Division 5 draw does not list that label. This is not proof the club stopped.
Joining & eligibility.
SSS provides 2026-27 league registration for school-based teams, but league registration is not school admission, a school clearance packet or a guaranteed team place. No action or payment is taken here. Confirm the school/operator, combined membership where relevant, grades, selection, medical clearance, consent, ocean skills, transport, fees and equipment before joining.
Community & support.
The 2023 report describes students from rival schools building a shared community and surfing off Del Mar. These are dated program and beach references, not current practice permission, an event invitation or a fundraiser.
The beach & safety.
A campus or past contest beach is not a current meetup. Confirm approved location, transport, consent, swim and surf skills, supervision, weather and ocean conditions with the authorized adult operator. No unsupervised session, booking or standing invitation is offered here.

The seed records a 2025-26 SSS division/source label. Its linked workbook now displays 2026-27 with blank matchup and score grids. It no longer corroborates an archived 2025-26 result at that URL, so no current score, standing or complete team count is claimed. Current fixtures and membership require the school/operator and league.

TheFebruary 2023 report names Rancho Bernardo teacher Erik Martín as coach and club adviser. That dated role is not promoted to a verified 2026-27 appointment. Student founder identities and personal contacts are omitted.
