Joining & eligibility.
The school athletics page explains online athletic clearance. Clearance is not automatic selection for the surf squad, and the program contact form is not a confirmed place. No student registration is accepted here.
Community & support.

The beach & safety.
The program site lists 600 Irvine Avenue, Newport Beach, CA 92663. That is the school location, not a beach arrival instruction. NSSA state and national venues are separate from routine training. Current practice break, transport, supervision, parking and access restrictions should be supplied by the school or adult operator.
Contests & results.
The 2026 NSSA state table records fifth in varsity with 26 points and sixth in junior varsity with 30. Nationals record twelfth in varsity with 21 and sixth in junior varsity with 20. The program homepage labels a 2026-27 competition schedule, but no dated fixtures were readable in the fetched content, so none are reproduced.
