The surf program.

The official school athletics news records boys and girls surfing in spring 2026, while its current varsity surf coach field says TBA. An October 2025 coach recruitment notice had an October 31, 2025 deadline; it is historical, not an active vacancy claim. The campus is at 95-1200 Meheula Parkway.

Joining & eligibility.

The school spring 2026 notice says all surfers must be junior-lifeguard certified. Its current athletics page links sports physical forms, a parent-athlete handbook and school athletics support, with forms directed to athletic trainers. The beach & safety.

The school campus is not a surf meetup. HHSAA identifies the May 1-2, 2026 state event at Hookipa Beach on Maui. This past event is not a current training venue. Current beach, access, transport, supervision, water skills and ocean-condition decisions must be confirmed by the authorized adult operator. No unsupervised practice or standing meetup is offered here.

Contests & results.

Liveheats lists Mililani HS - Girls (OIA) with 1490 and Boys (OIA) with 750 points at the May 2026 state event. These combined-table points are not relabeled official team standings or a state title. The school links a fall 2026 junior-lifeguard session at Makaha, a different activity from interscholastic contests.

Coaches & school ties.

The current school surf coach field reads TBA. The HHSAA directory and October 2025 recruitment notice name Joy Matsukawa as athletic director, while an older third-party athletics site shows another name; no older coach or director is substituted into this profile.
