The surf program.

The official sport offerings page lists Surf and a head coach. September/October 2019 reporting records a sixth consecutive state surf championship, a historical milestone rather than a current title or founding date. The 2025 event source separately carries school affiliation. The campus is at 167 Broad Street.

Joining & eligibility.

The school 2026-27 Sports Applications page requires a seasonal Genesis Parent Portal application and medical examination within 365 days of the official start. Medical paperwork must be original documents submitted to the nurse, not email or fax. General fall 2026 deadlines were in July and are past. A separate team-branded site has different August dates; it is not substituted for official school clearance. Current surf grades, eligibility, tryouts, selection, clearance, ocean safety, fees, equipment, parent consent and transport need confirmation from the school or authorized operator. No enrollment, payment or student data is accepted here.

Community & support.

Dated 2019 reporting describes community support around the team's championship run. A separate team-branded merchandise/donation site was found, but its current school authorization and donation handling were not established, so no payment or fundraiser endorsement is offered.

The beach & safety.

The campus is not a surf meetup. Event entries do not establish a current practice beach, approved access or supervision. The authorized adult operator must confirm the current beach, transport, consent, water skills, weather and ocean-condition decisions. No unsupervised session or standing meetup is offered here.

Contests & results.

The 2025 NSSA Northeast high-school event entry list carries this school affiliation. Entry rows are not converted into current scores or results.

Coaches & school ties.

The current official Sport Offerings page names Jeffrey Hoffman as Surf Head Coach. The 2019 report names Kris Buss and JD LaCarrubba as co-head coaches; these older appointments are not blended into a current lineup. Current season roles require school confirmation. The displayed M comes from the official high-school homepage, not the separate merchandise site. Student identities and personal contacts are omitted.
