The NSSA Northeast event lists Lower Cape May Regional school affiliation. The official district athletics and coaches pages reviewed here did not provide a surf-specific program description or coach. That gap is not proof the program stopped, but it does not establish a current sanctioned school team either. The high-school district address is 687 Route 9, Cape May.

Joining & eligibility.

The district athletics page links Registration for Athletic Participation and a conduct agreement. Athletic Training links a sports physical, emergency action plan and registration. Those are general school-sports resources, not verified surf-club enrollment or evidence that this event affiliation is an NJSIAA varsity sport. Obtain the surf-specific route through district athletics. Current surf grades, eligibility, tryouts, selection, clearance, ocean safety, fees, equipment, parent consent and transport need confirmation from the school or authorized operator. Community & support.

The district provides athletics policies, training support and a new approved athletics branding resource. No surf-specific service project, booster fund, gear grant or current volunteering route was verified.

The beach & safety.

The campus is not a surf meetup. Event entries do not establish a current practice beach, approved access or supervision. The authorized adult operator must confirm the current beach, transport, consent, water skills, weather and ocean-condition decisions. No unsupervised session or standing meetup is offered here.

The 2025 NSSA Northeast high-school event entry list carries this school affiliation. Entry rows are not converted into current scores or results.

Coaches & school ties.

The official athletics branding page identifies Matthew Danze as athletic director, and Athletic Training names Frank Zilinek. No current surf coach was verified in the reviewed coaches directory. The displayed district crest is official institutional branding, not a surf-team logo.
