The Surfing Florida Museum names Bill Keeton as a founder and later president of Jupiter Noseriders Surf Club. The Coalition lists Jupiter Noseriders as JN. Those sources establish a club-name and historical person tie but do not verify its original date, current legal entity or operating continuity. A student publication also describes local history, but its wider surfing chronology is not used here.
